Cheese Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced scallions with tops
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and onion in skillet, brown.
    Drain off fat and return meat and onion to pan.
    Add salt, pepper and spaghetti sauce (could also add basil, oregano and garlic powder to taste) and simmer 5 minutes.
    Beat together with electric mixer cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Add green pepper, scallions and spaghetti mix gently with spoon.
    Spread sour cream-spaghetti mixture in bottom of buttered 10 x 14-inch shallow casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Pour meat sauce over top to cover.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    For last 20 minutes, sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
    To prepare ahead, assemble casserole (except Mozzarella cheese); cover and chill. Bake directly from refrigerator, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 good sized servings.
