Best Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add 1 egg at a time.
Add cream and flour, a little at a time; beat well.
Stir in flavorings; pour into greased pan.
Start in cool oven at 300\u00b0; bake for 2 hours. Cool before frosting!
