Reuben Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, split
2 generous c. sauerkraut, drained
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Place chicken in 4-quart roasting pan or baking dish.
Cover with sauerkraut, then cheese.
Pour dressing over all and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0, or until chicken is tender.
