Eclair Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    graham crackers (whole)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare vanilla
    pudding
    as
    on
    package, but use 1 1/2 cups milk instead
    of
    2; mix together pudding mixture and Cool Whip. Place
    graham
    crackers
    on
    bottom
    of
    oblong glass or aluminum pan.
    Next,
    put
    1/2 of pudding and Cool Whip mixture over graham crackers.
    Make
    another layer and end with graham crackers on top.
    This would be three layers of graham crackers and 2 layers of pudding.
