Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 heaping tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    enough buttermilk to make a thin batter
Preparation
    Stir well and pour into a well-greased heated skillet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
