Dell'S Spinach With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. cream sherry
    1/4 c. Romano and Parmesan cheese mix
    1 (15 oz.) can artichokes, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (Progresso Italian)
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed; drain and squeeze out excess water. Make cream sauce; add sherry and cheese.
    Combine cream cheese, shrimp, spinach and artichokes.
    Place in casserole; top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Bake covered.
    Serves 6 to 8.
