Molded Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unflavored gelatin
1 c. water
2 c. mayonnaise
12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
some fully cooked ham
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat; whisk in mayonnaise.
Stir in eggs, relish, peppers, celery and onion.
Pour into an oiled 8 cup mold.
Chill overnight, unmolded onto a serving platter.
