Yummy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix by hand sugar, eggs and oil.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Top with cream cheese icing.
