Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green chili peppers (mild)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. chopped chicken
    2 c. chicken broth (for sauce)
Preparation
    Cook onions in oleo.
    Add chicken and peppers.
    Make sauce:
    3 tablespoons oleo to 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Stir in chicken broth.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Add 1 cup Monterey cheese, then add chicken and other ingredients.
    Dip tortillas in sauce before layering them in dish alternately with chicken mixture and cheese, then finish top with cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
