Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cooked pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well and pour onto well greased wax paper in a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    When baked, put on well covered dry towel with powdered sugar.
    Roll up and refrigerate until cooled.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
    Then roll again and cover with aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight before serving.
