Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. pineapple, sliced
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    cherries on top
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place melted margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over butter and lay in the pineapple.
    Prepare cake batter; combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn pan upside-down.
    Top with cherries in pineapple if desired.
