Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion and green pepper
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 (24 oz.) jar salsa (2 1/2 c.)
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. each: chili powder and ground cumin
    10 corn tortillas (6-inch), divided
    3 c. (24 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
    Add salsa, corn and seasonings.
    Layer 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of the tortillas and 1/2 of cottage cheese in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
