Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. crushed corn flakes, potato chips or bread crumbs
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes; melt butter in glass bowl and add chicken. Microwave until soft (about 4 minutes).
    Heat soup until it will blend, then add sour cream and salt.
    Mix together potatoes, onions, soup mixture and cheese.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix crushed flakes with 1/2 cube melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
