Thistle Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    dash of ground red pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Puree artichoke with liquid until smooth.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
