Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    10 oz. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 soup can full Minute rice
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Boil chicken with onion salt and bay leaf.
    Bone the chicken. Mix soup, rice and broth and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish, reserving 1 can of soup for top.
    Place chicken pieces on soup mix.
    Cover with 1/2 can of onion rings and rest of soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle rest of onion rings on top and bake another 5 minutes.
    Brown lightly and serve hot.
