Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Bring to boil the first 3 ingredients; set aside to cool. Sift together the next 3 ingredients.
Beat eggs and sour cream together.
Add cocoa mixture, then add dry ingredients.
Batter will be very thin.
Pour into pan; bake for 20 minutes.
While still warm, mix the next 6 ingredients and spread on cake.
