Caesar Salad(Serves Four) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. capers, rinsed
6 anchovy fillets
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Tear romaine into 2-inch pieces; wash, dry and refrigerate. Combine in processor garlic, capers, anchovies, egg yolks, dry mustard, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Add olive oil and process until dressing is like mayonnaise.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Place romaine in bowl with 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Pour dressing down the sides of the bowl, lifting the lettuce to coat leaves evenly.
Add croutons and Parmesan cheese and serve.
