Zucchini Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope golden onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. basil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Into a well-greased mini muffin pans, spoon mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Makes about 24 appetizers.
