Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, separated (save whites)
1 lemon (juice and rind)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Beat sugar, butter and egg yolks together.
Add juice and rind of the lemon and flour.
Add milk, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
