Our Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground meat
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except catsup.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and shape meat loaf in dish.
Cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Spread catsup over top and cook 15 minutes longer.
Serves 4.
