Debbie'S Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, bananas, sour cream and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 60 minutes. Cake test with a toothpick.
The more ripe the bananas, the better the bread!
