Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bottle red Russian dressing
1 jar apricot or pineapple preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dried)
1 c. each: sliced carrots, diced green peppers and pineapple tidbits
4 to 6 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), cut into bite size pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Place chicken in refrigerator to marinate about 30 minutes. Place in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. During the last 15 minutes, add carrots, peppers and pineapple. Serve over rice or noodles.
