Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) seasoned tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings.
    Mix in half of the tomato sauce (reserve remainder).
    Form meat mixture in 8 balls; place in muffin tins and top with reserved tomato sauce.
    To catch any run-over, place pan on cookie sheet. Place in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
