Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients with a fork to work air into them. Pour melted shortening into milk and stir quickly to keep from hardening.\tAdd
    to
    dry ingredients gradually to make a thick dough.
    Preheat
    12-inch
    Dutch
    oven
    and\tput
    baking pan in bottom of
    Dutch
    oven.
    Drop
    tablespoons\tof
    mix in pan and cover.
    Bake 10 minutes at medium-high heat.
