Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 c. coarse bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs.
    Cool and add other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
