Lobster Love(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen lobster tails
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. chervil
1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 c. white wine
16 oz. canned tomatoes
cayenne
Preparation

Thaw the lobster tails.
With a knife, remove the shell from the lobster tail and cut lobster tail into 1-inch pieces.
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter.
Add olive oil and lobster meat; saute until the meat stiffens and turns white.
Add onion, chervil and thyme; saute 3 more minutes.
Add the bourbon and wine.
Set the bourbon and wine aflame and let blaze for 20 seconds, then cover to put the flame out.
Empty the can of tomatoes, saving the juice. Chop the tomatoes into coarse chunks.
Add the tomatoes and juice to the pan; stir well.
Simmer slowly for 5 more minutes.
Add 3 dashes of cayenne.
Stir and serve.
