Raisin Walnut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs (whites only)
3/4 c. walnuts
1 uncooked pie shell
1/2 pt. whipped cream, with 4 Tbsp. sugar added
1 shot Bailey's brandy
Preparation

Mix together first 7 items.
Pour into an uncooked pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream flavored brandy.
Serve warm.
Very special for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
