Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
assorted fruits
Preparation

Mix melted butter, brown sugar and curry powder in an ovenproof casserole dish.
Drain fruits on paper towels.
Using 4 or 5 (Number 1) cans of peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, etc., add to casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
May be stored in refrigerator for 1 week.
