Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
3 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. poppy seed
6 large chicken breasts, cooked
2 small tubs cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix margarine, crackers and poppy seed together; set aside. Shred chicken.
Mix chicken, cream cheese and cream of chicken soup together.
Take oblong baking dish; coat bottom with 1/2 cracker crumb mixture.
Add all chicken mixture (layer).
Spoon on remaining cracker mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
