Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
4 c. blueberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
whipped cream (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch, water and 2 cups blueberries in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon butter.
Cool slightly.
Place the remaining 2 cups blueberries (raw) in the pie shell.
Top with the cooked berry mixture.
Chill pie at least 3 hours.
