Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 c. butter
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked (al dente)
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in 1/2 cup butter.
    Stir in pasta.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in flour.
    Stir in broth.
    Cook.
    Stir until boiling. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Set aside.
    Mix together pasta and turkey in greased casserole.
    Pour sauce; melt remaining butter and mix with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
