*Chocolate Caramels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. syrup (I use King)
    1 c. milk
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, syrup, milk and chocolate. Cook to 240\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Pour into greased container (about 8 x 8-inch).
    Let cool completely and cut into pieces.
    Shape and wrap each piece individually in wax paper.
