Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg can sweet potatoes or 3 c. boiled potatoes with juice
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash well, add well beaten eggs one at a time.
    Stir in 1 stick melted margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar, mix well. Pour into large casserole dish.
    Mix crushed corn flakes, pecans, 1 stick melted margarine and brown sugar.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
