Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion for 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream, carrots and dressing mix.
    Fold in squash.
    Mix stuffing and butter.
    Spread half on bottom of casserole dish. Pour on squash mixture.
    Add remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
