Ingredients

2/3 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg
1 2/3 c. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in hot water.
Combine all ingredients.
Spoon into greased muffin tins .
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
