Apple-Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned chicken breast halves
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced tart apples
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow pan.
    In skillet, saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add apples; saute 1 minute longer.
    Pour onion and apples over chicken, melt margarine.
    Combine juice, honey and salt and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
    Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
    Serves 6.
