Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large red ripe peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    cinnamon to taste
    1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon until it reaches a crumbly texture.
    Spread approximately 1/3 of this mixture on bottom of unbaked pie crust.
    Wash and dry the peaches and cut each in half.
    Remove pit, but do not peel. Arrange cut-side down on crumb mixture in pie crust.
    If peaches are very large, trim off portions and fit them into the empty spaces around the pecan halves.
    Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over peaches.
    Sprinkle 4 tablespoons water over all.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    The peach skins dissolve into a lush red juice!
