Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with butter and sugar. Add rice, salt and milk. Cook until thick.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add beaten egg whites and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm, about 20 to 30 minutes.
