Daiquiri Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
    1/3 c. light rum
    few drops green food coloring
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
    lime twists (optional)
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in Eagle Brand and juice concentrate until smooth.
    Add rum and food coloring.
    Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust.
    Freeze or chill until firm (4 hours in freezer; 2 hours in refrigerator). Garnish with lime twists, if desired.
    Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
