Light And Easy Lemon Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1 can cream of broccoli soup (Campbell's Healthy Request)
1/4 c. milk (2% or skim)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 thin sliced lemons
Preparation

Combine soup and milk.
Stir in lemon juice and pepper; pour over washed chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
Garnish with lemons before serving.
(The soup mixture serves as a gravy.)
