Baklava - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. phyllo dough, thawed
1 lb. walnuts, pecans or almonds, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
liberal amounts cinnamon
12 oz. honey (orange flavored is good)
1 to 1 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
For thick layers, use a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
For thinner layers, use a 1/4-inch sheet cake pan.
Spray with cooking spray.
