Orange Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 1/2 oz. can evaporated skim milk, well chilled
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
6 oz. can unsweetened orange juice, thawed
Preparation

Begin with a large mixing bowl as mixture increases in volume. Beat milk until stiff.
Gradually add sweetener and thawed orange juice, blending well.
Spoon into small containers and freeze.
