Hot Cheese And Rye Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can chopped black olives
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 dashes Beau Monde seasoning (optional)
mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
cocktail rye bread
Preparation

Mix Cheddar, Jack, olives and onions in medium size bowl; add seasoning and enough mayonnaise to get the mixture to stick together.
Spread thin layer on rye breads and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Broil until cheese begins to bubble or until slightly brown, about 5 minutes.
