Baked Carrot Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and mashed carrots
    2 large beaten eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat all of these together. Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Tastes like custard instead of carrots!
