Savory Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. frying chicken pieces
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper and sage, onion powder or garlic powder
    2 eggs
    Wesson oil
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Combine flour sealing in large bag. In shallow bowl, beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water with whisk. Place chicken in bag.
    Shake a couple at a time, then dunk into egg mixture.
    Back into bag; shake off excess, then into deep fryer pan with oil deep enough to cover 3/4 of chicken.
    Brown well on both sides, skin side first, 8 to 10 minutes on each side; well cooked.
