Brownie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 sticks butter
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan; when melted, add pecans and set aside.
    Mix flour, sugar and eggs; add chocolate mixture and vanilla.
    Mix until well blended.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into baking cups, small or miniature muffin pans, filling cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Don't overcook.
    Cool in pan 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
