Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large, tart, cooking apples, pared, cored and diced
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Arrange
    apples
    in
    a greased baking dish; pour orange juice over the apples.
    Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly
    over
    the
    apples.\tCombine
    flour\twith the remaining 1/2 cup
    sugar
    and
    salt.
    Cut in butter until the mixture
    is crumbly.
    Spoon mixture over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45
    to 60 minutes or until apples are tender and the crust is brown.\tServe warm or cold with ice cream or milk.
