Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/4 cup cheese, sour cream, pimentos and 1/4 can of onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 6 to 8.
