Easy Spinach Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. manicotti
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese (as desired)
Preparation
    Boil manicotti only 8 to 10 minutes, drain, rinse with cool water and set aside on wax paper so they don't stick together.
