Shrimp And Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 1/4 c. orzo pasta
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Dijon-type mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    14 oz. pkg. cooked tiny shrimp
    3/4 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. sliced, pitted black olives
Preparation
    Place water in a 3-quart microwavable casserole; cover. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until water boils.
    Stir in pasta; re-cover.
    Cook on High for 4 minutes, then on Medium for 6 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
